The Conference
This year’s Conference will be an expanded version of our previous Conference in 2019. The Conference will feature more conference space, sponsored special events, round table discussions, seminars, workshops, The Lenny Awards, networking opportunities with some of the industry’s top professionals, access to our sponsor vendors, and more.

Memorial
There will be a memorial service for Dwight “Popcorn” Miller, Stage Manager for EWF, Joe Schaffner, Production Manager for Aretha Franklin, and some of our other roadie family and friends who have passed on since our last Conference.

The Lenny Awards
It’s that time again to nominate your choices for our Roadies Of Color United Association Lenny Awards for 2021 -2022. You can nominate up to three individuals per category. Winners will be announced in September before our National Conference. The actual awards will be presented during an awards ceremony at the conference on September 30th. If you haven’t submitted your nominations, there is still time.
